Rooms are very clean, modern and have everything you need. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food was good at a decent price. The free breakfast was great. It's also not far from the water.
I was very pleasantly suprised by how good this place ended up being, prices are incredible and the room i had was very spacious with a full kitchen available. The staff was very friendly and delivered free breakfast sandwiches every night. I would 100% recommend staying here to anyone. This place is place is essentially better than the alexis hotel and I will stay here again whenever I need a place to stay in port hope
This is a great B&B. Had a good Pizza in their cafe for supper and a fantastic breakfast that was included with the room. Good price for the room, everything you need for the night. Even a washer and dryer. A common room has all you require if you wish to make your own breakfast. Good location if going or coming off the Newfoundland/Labrador ferry.

They were fully booked so they originally gave us a backup option but by the time of our arrival they put us in a regular room which was a nice surprise. Very clean and well kept. A little disappointed we got two single beds rather than a double but we just needed a stopover and it was perfect. The views behind onto the inlet were lovely. Common kitchen area for everyone to use outside the rooms.
This is a wonderful place to stop and rest. The room was cosy for our family of 5 but they bent over backwards to make us comfortable. The hospitality and hot breakfast made this a pleasant and restful stop over. That homemade bread
Terrific in all respects! Clean, comfortable, convenient; great value and exactly what I was looking for. I got my laundry done (I was travelling by motorcycle), I had a restful sleep, and I got a great breakfast to get my day started. I even bought some fantastic freshly baked raisin biscuits before leaving to fuel up along my Trans Lab trip. Thanks and best wishes to the owner. If only there were more like her!
Stopped for lunch and made a reservation for 10 days later on the return trip. Excellent lunch of generous portions, and the poached eggs for breakfast were perfect. Thanks to the friendly staff as well. PS: I even bought a fresh loaf of bread to take home.
